Supplements for Oral Use
- DMAE
   
DMAE is an acetylcholine precursor; improves acetylcholine production; alleviates symptoms. Take 1-2 g of DMAE daily, in divided doses, for many months. Use this product under the control of an experienced practitioner.
- Carnitine
  
Carnitine improves energy production, behavior and mental function. Take 1.5-3.0 g of carnitine daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Zinc
  
Zinc is a nutritional support; it helps to overcome zinc deficiency; improves mental function and alleviates hyperactivity. Take 25-50 mg of zinc daily, in divided doses, for many months. Better if used with copper.
- Acetyl carnitine
 
Acetyl carnitine reduces impulsivity; improves energy production, behavior and mental function. Take 1.5-3.0 g of acetyl carnitine daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- American skullcap
 
American skullcap is a nervine; it has a calming and relaxing effect. Take 3-6 g of American skullcap in capsule form or 15-30 g of American skullcap in tea form daily, in divided doses, for many weeks.
- DHA
 
DHA is an omega 3 fatty acid; nourishes nerves; improves mental function and behavior. Take 1-2 g of DHA daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- E-EPA
 
E-EPA improves mental and brain function and behavior. Take 0.2-0.6 g of E-EPA daily, in divided doses, for many months.
