Supplements for Oral Use
- Beta-glucan
   
Beta-glucan is a soluble fiber; reduces triglycerides. Take 3-6 g of beta-glucan daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- E-EPA
   
E-EPA reduces triglycerides. Take 1-2 g of E-EPA daily in divided/d doses for many months.
- Fish oil
   
Fish oil contains omega 3 fatty acids; reduces triglycerides in diabetic and non-diabetic people. Take 6-9 g of fish oil daily, containing 18% EPA and 12% DHA, in divided doses, for many months.
- Vitamin B3 - Niacin
   
Vitamin B3 - Niacin reduces triglycerides. Take up to 3 g of niacin daily, in divided doses, for many months. Use this dosage under the control of an experienced practitioner.
- Vitamin B5 - Pantethine
   
Vitamin B5 - Pantethine reduces triglycerides. Take 0.6-1.2 g of pantethine daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- DHA
  
DHA is an omega 3 fatty acid; reduces triglycerides. Take 1-2 g of DHA daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- EPA
  
EPA is an omega 3 fatty acid; reduces triglycerides. Take 2-4 g of EPA daily, in divided doses, for many months.
