Supplements for Oral Use
- Folic acid
   
Folic acid helps to overcome folic acid deficiency; reduces homocysteine. Take 1-3 mg of folic acid daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Vitamin B12 - Cyanocobalamin
   
Vitamin B12 - Cyanocobalamin helps to overcome vitamin B12 deficiency; reduces homocysteine. Take 1-2 mg of cyanocobalamin daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Vitamin B6 - Pyridoxine
   
Vitamin B6 - Pyridoxine helps to overcome vitamin B6 deficiency; reduces homocysteine. Take 200-400 mg of pyridoxine daily, in divided doses, for many months. Use under the control of an experienced practitioner if you use more than 200 mg daily.
- TMG
  
TMG helps break down and reduce homocysteine by converting it to methionine. Take 0.5-4.0 g of TMG daily, in divided doses, with meals, for many months.
- Choline bitartrate
 
Choline bitartrate reduces homocysteine. Take choline bitartrate daily, in divided doses, for many months, as suggested on the label.
- Citicholine
 
Citicoline reduces homocysteine. Take 0.3-0.6 g of citicholine daily in divided doses for many months.
- Fish oil
 
Fish oil contains omega 3 fatty acids; reduces homocysteine. Take 3-6 g of fish oil daily, containing 18% EPA and 12% DHA, in divided doses, for many months.
