- Wild Indigo

Wild indigo is an anti-inflammatory and an anti-infectious; fights heart infection and alleviates symptoms. Take wild indigo daily, in divided doses, for many weeks, as suggested on the label.
- Zinc

Zinc is an anti-inflammatory, an anti-infectious and a nutritional support; it helps to overcome zinc deficiency; reduces heart inflammation and infection; alleviates symptoms.Take 25-50 mg of zinc daily, in divided doses, for many months. Better if used with copper.
- Fish oil
Fish oil contains omega 3 fatty acids; it is an anti-inflammatory; reduces heart inflammation and infection; alleviates symptoms. Take 6-9 g of fish oil daily, containing 18% EPA and 12% DHA, in divided doses, for many months.
- Flax seed oil
Flax seed oil is an anti-inflammatory; reduces inflammation; alleviates symptoms. Take 10-30 g of flax seed oil daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Yarrow
Yarrow is an anti-inflammatory and an anti-infectious; reduces heart inflammation and fights infection. Take 2-4 g of dried yarrow daily, in divided doses, in tea or capsule form, for many months.
