- Asteracantha longifolia

Asteracantha longifolia root alleviates symptoms. Take asteracantha longifolia root daily, in divided doses, for many months, as suggested on the label.
- Bearberry

Bearberry is an antibacterial; inhibits bacteria growth. Take dried bearberry leaves daily, containing 400-700 mg of arbutin, in divided doses with meals, for a maximum of 2 weeks.
- Wintergreen leaf

Wintergreen leaf is an antibacterial and a diuretic; inhibits bacteria growth, increases and promotes urine flow and alleviates symptoms. Take wintergreen leaf, in tea form, in divided doses, for many weeks, as suggested on the label.
- Yerba mansa

Yerba mansa is an antibacterial; inhibits bacteria growth and alleviates symptoms. Take yerba mansa daily, in divided doses, for many weeks, as suggested on the label.
- Alfalfa
Alfalfa alleviates symptoms. Take 0.5-1.0 g of dried alfalfa leaf daily, in divided doses, for many months. If you want to use seeds, use heat treated varieties. Prefer alfalfa supplements that do not contain canavanine.
- Aspilia africana
Aspilia africana is an antibacterial; inhibits bacteria growth. Take aspilia africana daily, in divided doses for many weeks, as suggested on the label.
- Astragalus
Astragalus is an adaptogen; enhances immune system; fights infection. Take 10-30 g of dried astragalus root daily, in tea form, in divided doses, for many months.
