Take yerba santa daily, in divided doses, for many months, as suggested on the label.
- Black pepper extract

Black pepper extract is an expectorant; alleviates symptoms. Take black pepper extract daily, containing 95% of piperine, in divided doses, for many weeks, as suggested on the label.
- Black radish

Black radish has a tonic action on respiratory system. Take black radish daily, in divided doses, for many weeks, as suggested on the label.
- Citrus bioflavonoids
Citrus bioflavonoids alleviate symptoms. Take 2-3 g of citrus bioflavonoids daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Fish oil
Fish oil contains omega 3 fatty acids; it is an anti-inflammatory; reduces inflammation and alleviates symptoms. Take 6-9 g of fish oil daily, containing 18% EPA and 12% DHA, in divided doses, for many months.
