- Black pepper oil

Black pepper oil is a tonic for nervous system. Take diluted black pepper oil daily, in divided doses, for many weeks, as suggested on the label.
- Fish oil
Fish oil contains omega 3 fatty acids; nourishes nerves; alleviates symptoms. Take 6-9 g of fish oil daily, containing 18% EPA and 12% DHA, in divided doses, for many months.
- Flax seed
Flax seed nourishes nerves; alleviates symptoms. Take 25-50 g of crushed flax seed daily, in divided doses, with a glass of water, for many months.
- Flax seed oil
Flax seed oil nourishes nerves; alleviates symptoms. Take 10-30 g of flax seed oil daily, in divided doses, for many months.
