- Boswellia
 
Boswellia is an anti-inflammatory; alleviates inflammation, pain and other symptoms; improves mobility. Take standardized boswellia extract daily, containing 0.5-1.5 g of boswellic acids, in divided doses, for many months.
- Bovine cartilage
 
Bovine cartilage promotes cartilage regeneration; helps to produce and protect collagen; improves mobility; slows down the progression; alleviates joint inflammation. Take 5-10 g of bovine cartilage daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Cetyl myristoleate
 
Cetyl myristoleate is an anti-inflammatory and a joint lubricant; improves joint function and mobility; alleviates pain, stiffness and other symptoms. Take 400-600 mg of cetyl myristoleate daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Fatty acids cetyl esters

- White willow bark
 
White willow bark is an analgesic and an anti-inflammatory; alleviates joint pain and other symptoms. Take white willow bark extract daily, containing 120-240 mg of salicin, in divided doses, for many months.
- Bilberry

Bilberry is an anti-inflammatory; reduces inflammation and swelling. Take standardized bilberry extract daily, containing 60-120 mg of anthocyanosides, in divided doses, for many months or take bilberry leaf daily, in divided doses, for many weeks, as suggested on the labels.
