- Rutin

Rutin prevents the damage of the cells lining the eyelids. Take 1-3 g of rutin daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Pumpkin seed
Pumpkin seed alleviates symptoms. Take 10-20 g of pumpkin seed daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Zinc
Zinc is an anti-inflammatory and an anti-infectious; reduces eyelid inflammation; fights infection and alleviates other symptoms. Take 25-50 mg of zinc daily, in divided doses, for many months. Better if used with copper.
