- Bilberry
 
Bilberry is an antioxidant; neutralizes free radicals; improves vision; helps to treat eye problems. Take standardized bilberry extract daily, containing 60-120 mg of anthocyanosides, in divided doses, for many months.
- Zeaxanthin
 
Zeaxanthin is an antioxidant; neutralizes free radicals; improves vision and alleviates symptoms. Take 2-4 mg of zeaxanthin daily, in divided doses, for many months. Use it with fat or oil containing food. Works better with lutein.
- Citrus bioflavonoids

Citrus bioflavonoids are antioxidant; neutralize free radicals; improve vision; help to treat eye problems. Take 2-3 g of citrus bioflavonoids daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Luteolin

Luteolin is an ophthalmic; helps to treat vascular eye problems. Take luteolin daily, in divided doses, for many months, as suggested on the label.
- OPC's

OPC's are antioxidant; they neutralize free radicals; improve vision and alleviate symptoms. Take 150-300 mg of OPC's daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Quercetin

Quercetin is an anti-inflammatory; reduces inflammation; strengthens capillary walls; alleviates symptoms. Take 0.5-1.5 g of quercetin daily, in divided doses, between meals, for many months.
- EPA
EPA is an omega 3 fatty acid; alleviates contact-lens and corneal problems. Take 1.5-3.0 g of EPA daily, in divided doses, for many months.
