- Arginine

Arginine helps to produce collagen and tendon tissues; alleviates symptoms. Take 2-3 g of arginine daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Glycine

Glycine helps to repair connective tissue and promotes healing. Take 3-6 g of glycine daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Methoxyisoflavone

Methoxyisoflavone strengthens connective tissue. Take 400-800 mg of methoxyisoflavone daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- OPC's

OPC's strengthen and repair connective tissue. Take 150-300 mg of OPC's daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Proline

Proline promotes connective tissue health; alleviates symptoms. Take 1-2 g of proline daily, in divided doses, between meals, for many months. Better if used with vitamin C.
- Glutamine
Glutamine helps to repair connective tissue and promotes healing. Take 1.5-5.0 g of glutamine daily, in divided doses, between meals, for many months.
