Supplements for Oral Use
- Folic acid
  
Folic acid reduces cancer risk. Take 3-6 mg of folic acid daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Garlic
  
Garlic is a blood cleanser; neutralizes free radicals; enhances immune system; reduces cancer risk; reduces colon cancer, esophagus cancer and stomach cancer risk. Take garlic, containing 5-15 mg of alliin or 2.5-5.0 mg of allicin potential or 2-6 g of aged garlic daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Green tea
  
Green tea is an antioxidant; neutralizes free radicals; enhances immune system; it has an estrogen blocking effect; reduces cancer risk. Take green tea extract daily, containing 0.5-1.5 g of catechins, in divided doses, for many months.
- I-3-C
  
I-3-C reduces bladder cancer risk; reduces cancer risk. Take 400 mg of I-3-C daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Isoflavones
  
Isoflavones are anti-estrogenic; they improve hormonal balance and are used for prevention. Take 80 mg of isoflavones daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Lycopene
  
Lycopene is an antioxidant; neutralizes free radicals; enhances immune system; reduces breast, cervical, colon, colorectal, esophagus, lung, mouth, pancreas, prostate, rectal, stomach and other cancer risks. Take 15-25 mg of lycopene daily, in divided doses, for many months. Use it with fat or oil containing food.
- Selenium
  
Selenium is an antioxidant; neutralizes free radicals; enhances immune system; reduces cancer risk. Take 100-200 mcg of selenium daily, in divided doses, for many months.
