Supplements for Oral Use
- Copper
   
Copper helps to overcome copper deficiency. Take 2-3 mg of copper daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Iron
   
Iron helps to overcome iron deficiency. Take 30-60 mg of iron daily, in divided doses, for many months. May be used by pregnant women - in pregnancy case use it with folic acid]
- Vitamin A
   
Vitamin A helps to overcome vitamin A deficiency. Take 10,000-30,000 IU of vitamin A daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Vitamin B1 - Thiamine
