Supplements for Oral Use
- Folic acid
   
Folic acid helps to overcome folic acid deficiency. Take 1.5-2.0 mg of folic acid daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Vitamin B12 - Cyanocobalamin
  
Vitamin B12 - Cyanocobalamin helps to overcome vitamin B12 deficiency. Take 2.5-5 mg of cyanocobalamin daily, in divided doses, for many months. Sublingual form works better.
- Copper
 
Copper helps to overcome copper deficiency. Take 2-3 mg of copper daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Zinc
 
Zinc is a nutritional support; it helps to overcome zinc deficiency and alleviates symptoms. Take 25-50 mg of zinc daily, in divided doses, for many months. Better if used with copper.
- Selenium

Selenium is an antioxidant; neutralizes free radicals; enhances immune system. Take 100-200 mcg of selenium daily, in divided doses, for many months.
