Supplements for Oral Use
- 5-HTP
  
5-HTP promotes serotonin production; it has a calming and relaxing effect; alleviates general pain including neck and shoulder pain; alleviates morning stiffness and fatigue; reduces anxiety and depression; improves sleep. Take 200-300 mg of 5-HTP daily, in divided doses before meals, for many months (minimum 3 months).
- Acetyl carnitine
 
Acetyl carnitine nourishes nerves; improves general and mental health; alleviates pain, depression and other symptoms. Take 2-3 g of acetyl carnitine daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Chlorella
 
Chlorella alleviates pain; alleviates symptoms; enhances immune system. Take 7-10 g of chlorella daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Chlorophyll
 
Chlorophyll alleviates symptoms. Take chlorophyll daily, in divided doses, for many months, as suggested on the label.
- Magnesium
 
Magnesium is an antispasmodic; it has a calming and relaxing effect; alleviates pain; alleviates symptoms. Take 400-600 mg of magnesium daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Malic acid
 
Malic acid alleviates pain; alleviates symptoms. Take 1.6-2.4 g of malic acid with 400-600 mg of magnesium daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- SAMe
 
SAMe alleviates pain; alleviates morning stiffness; alleviates fatigue; elevates mood. Take 0.6-1.2 g of SAMe daily, in divided doses, for many months.
