Supplements for Oral Use
- Fish oil
 
Fish oil contains omega 3 fatty acids; nourishes nerves; improves mental and brain function. Take 3-6 g of fish oil daily, containing 18% EPA and 12% DHA, in divided doses, for many months.
- GLA
GLA helps to overcome GLA deficiency; improves mental function. Take 300-600 mg of GLA daily, in divided doses, with meals, for many months. If you take 2-4 g of black currant seed oil, containing 15% of GLA or 1.25-2.50 g of borage oil, containing 24% of GLA or 3-6 g of evening primrose oil, containing 10% of GLA you receive 300-600 mg of GLA.
- OPC's
OPC's alleviate symptoms. Take 150-300 mg of OPC's daily, in divided doses, for many months.
