- Multivitamin & minerals
 
Multivitamin & minerals are a nutritional support; they provide a multitude of vitamins and minerals; enhance immune system. Take multivitamin & minerals daily lifelong, in divided doses, as suggested on the label.
- Selenium
 
Selenium is an antioxidant; neutralizes free radicals; enhances immune system; helps to overcome selenium deficiency. Take 100-200 mcg of selenium daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Vitamin E
 
Vitamin E helps to overcome vitamin E deficiency; it is an antioxidant; neutralizes free radicals. Take 400-800 IU of vitamin E daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Betaine hydrochloride

Betaine hydrochloride increases stomach acidity and nutrient absorption. Take 0.5-2.0 g of betaine hydrochloride per meal, for many months. Use only if you have low stomach acid.
- Folic acid

Folic acid helps to overcome folic acid deficiency. Take 0.6-1.2 mg of folic acid daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Iron

Iron helps to overcome iron deficiency. Take 20-40 mg of iron daily, in divided doses, for many months.
