- Fish oil
  
Fish oil contains omega 3 fatty acids; improves vision; alleviates dry eye; used for prevention and treatment. Take 6-9 g of fish oil daily, containing 18% EPA and 12% DHA, in divided doses, for many months.
- Flax seed oil
 
Flax seed oil improves vision; alleviates dry eye; used for prevention and treatment. Take 5-15 g of flax seed oil daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Krill oil
 
Krill oil contains omega 3 fatty acids; improves vision; alleviates dry eye; used for prevention and treatment. Take 3-6 g of krill oil daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Lutein
 
Lutein improves vision; alleviates dry eye; used for prevention and treatment. Take 10-30 mg of lutein daily, in divided doses, for many months. Use it with fat or oil containing food. Works better with (fish oil}.
- EPA

EPA is an omega 3 fatty acid; improves vision; alleviates dry eye; used for prevention and treatment. Take 1-3 g of EPA daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Flax seed

Flax seed improves vision; alleviates dry eye; used for prevention and treatment. Take 25-50 g of crushed flax seed daily, in divided doses, with a glass of water, for many months.
- Calcium
Calcium helps to overcome calcium deficiency; provides mineral nutrient that body needs; alleviates symptoms. Take 1.0-1.4 g of calcium daily, in divided doses, for many months.
