Supplements for Oral Use
- Zinc
   
Zinc is an anti-infectious and a nutritional support; enhances immune system and thyroid function; prevents infection and alleviates symptoms. Take 25-50 mg of zinc daily, in divided doses, for many months. Better if used with copper.
- Acetyl carnitine
  
Acetyl carnitine is an acetylcholine precursor; improves mental and nervous function, attention and visual memory. Take 1-2 g of acetyl carnitine daily, in divided doses, for many months.

- Fish oil
 
Fish oil contains omega 3 fatty acids; nourishes nerves; improves mental and brain function. Take 3-6 g of fish oil daily, containing 18% EPA and 12% DHA, in divided doses, for many months.
