- E-EPA
   
E-EPA is an antidepressant; improves mental and brain function; alleviates depression. Take 1-2 g of E-EPA daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- St. John's wort
   
St. John's wort is an antidepressant; it has a calming and relaxing effect; elevates mood; alleviates depression. Take 0.9 g of standardized St. John's wort extract daily, containing 0.3% of hypericin, in divided doses, for many months.
- 5-HTP
  
5-HTP is an antidepressant; it has a calming and relaxing effect; promotes serotonin production; elevates mood; reduces anxiety, restlessness and depression; improves sleep. Take 200-300 mg of 5-HTP daily. in divided doses, before meals, for many months.
- EPA
  
EPA is an omega 3 fatty acid; it is an antidepressant; nourishes nerves; improves mental and brain function; alleviates depression. Take 2-4 g of EPA daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Fish oil
  
Fish oil contains omega 3 fatty acids; it is an antidepressant; protects myelin; improves anxiety, sadness, mental function and alleviates depression. Take 6-9 g of fish oil daily, containing 18% EPA and 12% DHA, in divided doses, for many months.
- Folic acid
  
Folic acid is an antidepressant; helps to overcome folic acid deficiency; elevates mood; alleviates depression; increases the effectiveness of medical drugs. Take 0.6-1.2 mg of folic acid daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Iron
