- Coenzyme Q10
   
Coenzyme Q10 is an antioxidant; neutralizes free radicals; improves physical activity capacity; improves physical activity tolerance; improves heart function; improves energy production; alleviates symptoms. Take 120-240 mg of coenzyme Q10 daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Hawthorn
   
Hawthorn is a vasodilator; improves heart function, heart's pumping capacity, physical activity capacity and heart contractions; alleviates arrhythmia, palpitation and symptoms; increases blood supply to the heart; prevents heart failure. Take 1-2 g of standardized hawthorn extract daily, containing 1.8% of vitexin rhamnoside, in divided doses, for many months.
- Vitamin B1 - Thiamine
   
Vitamin B1 - Thiamine helps to overcome vitamin B1 deficiency; improves heart function. Take 100-200 mg of thiamine daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Arginine
  
Arginine improves physical activity capacity, tolerance, nitric oxide production and heart and kidney function; dilates blood vessels; alleviates symptoms. Take 5-12 g of arginine daily, in divided doses, for many months. This is a serious condition, use all remedies under the control of an experienced practitioner.
- Arjuna bark
  
Arjuna bark alleviates symptoms; improves heart function and heart's pumping capacity; improves physical activity capacity and tolerance. Take 0.3-1.5 g of arjuna bark daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Barberry
  
Barberry alleviates arrhythmia; improves physical activity capacity; improves heart function. Take barberry fruit extract daily, in divided doses, for many weeks, as suggested on the label.
- Carnitine
  
Carnitine prevents left ventricle enlargement of heart; improves heart function and physical activity capacity; reduces the oxygen need of heart and other symptoms. Take 1.5-3.0 g of carnitine daily, in divided doses, for many months. Propionyl carnitine works better.
