- Quercetin
  
Quercetin is an anti-inflammatory and an antioxidant; neutralizes free radicals; reduces inflammation; alleviates pain and other symptoms. Take 1.0-1.5 g of quercetin daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Bromelain
 
Bromelain is an anti-inflammatory; reduces swellings; alleviates pain and other symptoms. Take 1-4 g (2,000-8,000 MCU) of bromelain daily, between meals, in divided doses, for many weeks.
- Grass pollen extract
 
Grass pollen extract facilitates urinary flow; alleviates symptoms. Take grass pollen extract daily, in divided doses, for many months, as suggested on the label.
- Pygeum bark

Pygeum bark facilitates urinary flow; alleviates symptoms. Take 100-200 mg of pygeum bark extract daily, containing 13% of sterols, in divided doses, for many months.
- Saw palmetto

Saw palmetto is an anti-inflammatory; reduces swellings; alleviates symptoms. Take 320 mg of standardized saw palmetto extract daily, containing 85-95% of fatty acids and sterols, in divided doses, for many months.
- Zinc

Zinc is an anti-inflammatory and a nutritional support; it helps to overcome zinc deficiency; reduces prostate inflammation; alleviates pain and other symptoms. Take 25-50 mg of zinc daily, in divided doses, for many months. Better if used with copper.
