Supplements for Oral Use
- Vitamin A
  
Vitamin A enhances immune system; fights infection; used for prevention and treatment. For treatment use 100,000-200,000 IU of vitamin A, for one time only. Use this dosage under the control of an experienced practitioner. For prevention 10,000 IU of vitamin A daily, for many months, may be helpful.
- Quercetin

Quercetin is an antiviral; fights virus; accelerates healing. Take 0.5-1.5 g of quercetin daily, in divided doses, between meals, for many months.
- Selenium

Selenium is an antioxidant; neutralizes free radicals; enhances immune system; used for prevention and treatment. Take 100-200 mcg of selenium daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Vitamin C

Vitamin C is an antioxidant; neutralizes free radicals; it is an antibacterial; it is an antiviral; fights infection; enhances immune system. Take 0.5-3.0 g of vitamin C daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Vitamin E

Vitamin E is an antioxidant; neutralizes free radicals; enhances immune system; accelerates healing. Take 400-800 IU of vitamin E daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Zinc

Zinc is an anti-infectious and immune enhancer; fights infection; enhances immune system and accelerates healing. Take 25-50 mg of zinc daily, in divided doses, for many months. Better if used with copper.
- Yarrow
Yarrow is an anti-infectious, a febrifuge and a diaphoretic; fights infection; promotes sweating; reduces fever and alleviates symptoms. Take 2-4 g of dried yarrow daily, in divided doses, in tea or capsule form, for many weeks.
Supplements for Topical Use
- Calendula

Calendula is an antiviral and antiseptic; it has a soothing action; accelerates healing and tissue repair. Apply a topical preparation containing calendula many times daily, for many weeks, as suggested on the label.
