- Alpha lipoic acid
  
Alpha lipoic acid is an antioxidant; neutralizes free radicals; alleviates nerve pain. Take 400-600 mg of alpha lipoic acid daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Vitamin B1 - Thiamine

Vitamin B1 - Thiamine helps to overcome vitamin B1 deficiency; relaxes muscles. Take 100-200 mg of thiamine daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Vitamin B2 - Riboflavin

Vitamin B2 - Riboflavin helps to overcome vitamin B2 deficiency. Take 100-200 mg of riboflavin daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Vitamin B6 - Pyridoxine

Vitamin B6 - Pyridoxine helps to overcome vitamin B6 deficiency. Take 100-200 mg of pyridoxine daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Zinc

Zinc is a nutritional support; it helps to overcome zinc deficiency; alleviates symptoms. Take 25-50 mg of zinc daily, in divided doses, for many months. Better if used with copper.
