- Fish oil

Fish oil contains omega 3 fatty acids; alleviates depression; improves brain and mental function. Take 3-6 g of fish oil daily, containing 18% EPA and 12% DHA, in divided doses, for many months.
- Glutamic acid

Glutamic acid may correct personality disorders and alleviates symptoms. Take glutamic acid daily, in divided doses, for many months, as suggested on the label.
