- Sulforaphane
 
Sulforaphane reduces bladder cancer risk. Take 200-400 mcg of sulforaphane daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Vitamin C
 
Vitamin C is an antioxidant; neutralizes free radicals; reduces bladder cancer risk. Take 0.5-6.0 g of vitamin C daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Astaxanthin

Astaxanthin is an antioxidant; neutralizes free radicals; reduces bladder cancer risk. Take 6-12 mg of astaxanthin daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Beta-carotene

Beta-carotene is an antioxidant; neutralizes free radicals; reduces bladder cancer risk. Take 25,000-50,000 IU of beta-carotene daily, in divided doses, for many months. Do not use synthetic beta-carotene if you are a smoker. It may increase the risk of some type of cancers.
- Calcium glucarate

Calcium glucarate removes toxins from the body; enhances immune system; reduces bladder cancer risk. Take 400 mg of calcium glucarate daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- I-3-C

I-3-C reduces bladder cancer risk. Take 400 mg of I-3-C daily, in divided doses, for many months.
