Supplements for Oral Use
- Vitamin B6 - Pyridoxine
 
Vitamin B6 - Pyridoxine helps to overcome vitamin B6 deficiency; improves glucose tolerance. Take 50-100 mg of pyridoxine daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- 5-HTP

5-HTP has a calming and relaxing effect; regulates mood swings. Take 50-300 mg of 5-HTP daily, in divided doses before meals, for many months.
- Calcium

Calcium helps to overcome calcium deficiency; provides mineral nutrient that body needs; helps to protect bone integrity. Take 1.0-1.4 g of calcium daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Fish oil
Fish oil contains omega 3 fatty acids; regulates mood swings. Take 6-9 g of fish oil daily, containing 18% EPA and 12% DHA, in divided doses, for many months.
- Methionine
Methionine promotes the excretion of estrogen from the body. Take 1-3 g of methionine daily, in divided doses, for many months.
