Supplements for Oral Use
- Vitamin B6 - Pyridoxine
  
Vitamin B6 - Pyridoxine promotes serotonin production. Take 100-400 mg of pyridoxine daily, in divided doses, for many months. Use under the control of an experienced practitioner if you use more than 200 mg daily.
- Carnosine
 
Carnosine improves attention and mental function. Take 0.4-0.8 g of carnosine daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- E-EPA
 
E-EPA improves mental and brain function; improves behavior. Take 0.5-1.0 g of E-EPA daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- EPA
 
EPA is an omega 3 fatty acid; nourishes nerves; improves mental and brain function and improves behavior. Take 1-2 g of EPA daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Fish oil
 
Fish oil contains omega 3 fatty acids; nourishes nerves; alleviates depression; improves brain and mental function. Take 3-6 g of fish oil daily, containing 18% EPA and 12% DHA, in divided doses, for many months.
- Glucosamine
 
Glucosamine alleviates diarrhea. Take 1.5-3.0 g of glucosamine daily, in divided doses, for many months.
