Supplements for Oral Use
- Fish oil
  
Fish oil contains omega 3 fatty acids; it is an anti-inflammatory; reduces inflammation; improves mobility; alleviates pain, stiffness and other symptoms. Take 3-9 g of fish oil daily, containing 18% EPA and 12% DHA, in divided doses, for many months.
- Bovine cartilage

Bovine cartilage is an anti-inflammatory; improves mobility; alleviates pain and other symptoms. Take 5-10 g of bovine cartilage daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Cetyl myristoleate

Cetyl myristoleate is an anti-inflammatory; reduces inflammation; alleviates pain and other symptoms. Take 400-600 mg of cetyl myristoleate daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Fatty acids cetyl esters

Fatty acids cetyl esters are anti-inflammatory; they reduce inflammation; alleviate pain and other symptoms. Take 1-2 g of fatty acids cetyl esters daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- GLA

GLA is an anti-inflammatory; reduces inflammation; improves mobility; alleviates pain and other symptoms. Take 300-600 mg of GLA daily, in divided doses, with meals, for many months. If you take 2-4 g of black currant seed oil, containing 15% of GLA or 1.25-2.50 g of borage oil, containing 24% of GLA or 3-6 g of evening primrose oil, containing 10% of GLA you receive 300-600 mg of GLA.
- White willow bark

White willow bark is an analgesic and an anti-inflammatory; reduces inflammation; alleviates pain and other symptoms. Take white willow bark extract daily, containing 120-240 mg of salicin, in divided doses, for many months.
