Supplements for Oral Use
- Antioxidants
  
Antioxidants neutralize free radicals; they reduce skin aging. Take antioxidants daily, in divided doses, for many months, as suggested on the label.
- Astaxanthin
  
Astaxanthin is an antioxidant; neutralizes free radicals and retards skin aging. Take 6-12 mg of astaxanthin daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Beta-carotene
  
Beta-carotene is an antioxidant; neutralizes free radicals and retards skin aging. Take 25,000-50,000 IU of beta-carotene daily, in divided doses, for many months. Do not use synthetic beta-carotene if you are a smoker. It may increase the risk of some type of cancers.
- Green tea
  
Green tea is an antioxidant; neutralizes free radicals; reduces skin aging. Take green tea extract daily, containing 0.5-1.5 g of catechins, in divided doses, for many months.
- Lutein
  
Lutein is an antioxidant; neutralizes free radicals and retards skin aging. Take 10-30 mg of lutein daily, in divided doses, for many months. Use it with fat or oil containing food.
- Lycopene
  
Lycopene is an antioxidant; neutralizes free radicals and retards skin aging. Take 15-25 mg of lycopene daily, in divided doses, for many months. Use it with fat or oil containing food.
- Silicon
  
Silicon reduces skin aging. Take 10-25 mg of silicon daily, in divided doses, for many months.
Supplements for Topical Use
- Alpha hydroxy acids
  
Alpha hydroxy acids reduces skin aging; reduces wrinkles; eliminate dead skin cells; helps to produce collagen. Apply a topical preparation containing alpha hydroxy acids 2 times daily, for many weeks, as suggested on the label.
- Alpha lipoic acid
  
Alpha lipoic acid is an antioxidant; neutralizes free radicals; reduces skin aging. Apply a topical preparation containing minimum 5% of alpha lipoic acid 2-3 times daily, for many months, as suggested on the label.
- Antioxidants
  
Antioxidants neutralize free radicals; they reduce skin aging. Apply a topical preparation containing antioxidants 2-5 times daily, for many months, as suggested on the label.
- Green tea
  
Green tea is an antioxidant; neutralizes free radicals; reduces skin aging. Apply a topical preparation containig green tea 2-3 times daily, for many months, as suggested on the label. Use it with oral green tea.
- Vitamin B3 - Niacinamide
  
Vitamin B3 - Niacinamide reduces skin aging. Apply a cream containing niacinamide 2-3 times daily, for many months.
- Vitamin C
  
Vitamin C is an antioxidant; neutralizes free radicals; reduces skin aging. A cream containing vitamin C applied 2 times daily, for many months, may be helpful.
- Vitamin E
  
Vitamin E is an antioxidant; neutralizes free radicals; reduces skin aging. Apply a cream containing vitamin E 2 times, daily for many months.
