Supplements for Oral Use
- N-Acetylcysteine
 
N-Acetylcysteine is an antioxidant, expectorant and mucolytic; neutralizes free radicals; loosens the mucus; alleviates symptoms. Take 0.5-1.5 g of N-acetylcysteine daily, in divided doses, for many months. Use this product under the control of an experienced practitioner.
- Glutathione

Glutathione helps to overcome glutathione deficiency; it is an antioxidant and an immune enhancer; neutralizes free radicals; enhances immune system and alleviates symptoms. Take 1.2-1.8 g of glutathione daily, in divided doses, for many months. Better to use N-acetylcysteine, glutamic acid and glycine mixture.
- Flax seed
Flax seed is an anti-inflammatory; reduces inflammation; improves respiration; alleviates symptoms. Take 25-50 g of crushed flax seed daily, in divided doses, with a glass of water, for many months.
- GLA
GLA is an anti-inflammatory; reduces inflammation; alleviates symptoms. Take 300-600 mg of GLA daily, in divided doses, with meals, for many months. If you take 2-4 g of black currant seed oil, containing 15% of GLA or 1.25-2.50 g of borage oil, containing 24% of GLA or 3-6 g of evening primrose oil, containing 10% of GLA you receive 300-600 mg of GLA.
