Supplements for Oral Use
- Alfalfa
  
Alfalfa is a nutritional support. Take 0.5-1.0 g of dried alfalfa leaf daily, in divided doses, for many months. If you want to use seeds, use heat treated varieties. Prefer alfalfa supplements that do not contain canavanine.
- Kelp
  
Kelp is a nutritional support. Take 0.5-3.0 g of kelp daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Multivitamin & minerals
  
Multivitamin & minerals are a nutritional support. Take multivitamin & minerals daily lifelong, in divided doses, as suggested on the label.
- Vitamin B12 - Cyanocobalamin
  
Vitamin B12 - Cyanocobalamin is a nutritional support. Take 1-2 mg of cyanocobalamin daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Acerola
 
Acerola is a nutritional support. Take 2-4 g of acerola fruit juice extract daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Barley grass
 
Barley grass is a nutritional support. Take 15-30 g of barley grass juice powder daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Beta-carotene
 
Beta-carotene is a nutritional support. Take 25,000-50,000 IU of beta-carotene daily, in divided doses, for many months. Do not use synthetic beta-carotene if you are a smoker. It may increase the risk of some type of cancers.
