- Blessed thistle
  
Blessed thistle is a galactogogue; increases milk production. Take 3-6 g of blessed thistle daily, in tea form, in divided doses, for many weeks. Works better if used with fenugreek.
- Red raspberry leaves
  
Red raspberry leaves are galactogogue; increase milk production. Take 10-30 g of red raspberry leaves daily, in tea form, in divided doses, beginning at 32-34 weeks of pregnancy. Caution: Do not use it before 32 weeks of pregnancy.
- Vervain
  
Vervain is a galactogogue; increases milk production. Take 6-9 g of dried vervain daily, in tea or capsule form, in divided doses, for many months.
- Anise seed
 
Anise seed is a galactogogue; increases milk production. Take 6-10 g of anise seed daily, in tea form, in divided doses, for many weeks.
- Blue vervain
 
Blue vervain is a galactogogue; increases milk production. Take blue vervain daily, in divided doses, for many months, as suggested on the label.
- Fennel seeds
 
Fennel seeds are galactogogue; they increase milk production. Take 1.0-1.5 teaspoon (5.0-7.5 g) of fennel seeds daily, in tea or capsule form, in divided doses, for many weeks.
- Fenugreek seeds
 
Fenugreek seeds are galactogogue; they increase milk production. Take 5-50 g of crushed fenugreek seeds daily, with meals, for many months.
