- NADH
  
NADH is a dopamine precursor; increases brain dopamine level; promotes dopamine production. Take 5-15 mg of NADH daily, before meals, in divided doses, for many months.
- Citicholine
 
Citicoline is a dopamine precursor; increases brain dopamine level; promotes dopamine production. Take 0.25-1.25 g of citicoline daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Mucuna pruriens
 
Mucuna pruriens is a dopamine precursor; increases brain dopamine level; promotes dopamine production. Take mucuna pruriens daily, in divided doses, for many months, as suggested on the label.
- SAMe
 
SAMe is a dopamine precursor; increases brain dopamine level; promotes dopamine production. Take 1.2-1.6 g of SAMe daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- St. John's wort
 
St. John's wort is a dopamine precursor; increases brain dopamine level; promotes dopamine production. Take 0.9 g of standardized St. John's wort extract daily, containing 0.3% of hypericin, in divided doses, for many months.
- Theanine
 
Theanine is a dopamine precursor; increases brain dopamine level; promotes dopamine production. Take theanine daily, in divided doses, for many months, as suggested on the label.
- Tyrosine
 
Tyrosine is a dopamine precursor; increases brain dopamine level; promotes dopamine production. Take 1-2 g of tyrosine daily, in divided doses, for many months. Works better with vitamin B6 and vitamin C. Do not use tyrosine with Levodopa.
