Supplements for Oral Use
- Bearberry
  
Bearberry is a diuretic; increases and promotes urine flow. Take dried bearberry leaves daily, containing 400-700 mg of arbutin, in divided doses with meals, for a maximum of 2 weeks.
- Goldenrod
  
Goldenrod is a diuretic; increases and promotes urine flow. Take 6-12 g of dried goldenrod daily, in tea or capsule form, in divided doses, for many weeks. Drink plenty of water.
- Juniper berry
  
Juniper berry is a diuretic; increases and promotes urine flow. Take 1-2 teaspoon (5-10 g) of juniper berries daily, in tea form, in divided doses, for many weeks.
- Asparagus
 
Asparagus is a diuretic; increases and promotes urine flow. Take asparagus daily, in divided doses, for many months, as suggested on the label.
- Astragalus
 
Astragalus is a diuretic; increases and promotes urine flow. Take 10-30 g of dried astragalus root daily, in tea form, in divided doses, for many months.
- Burdock root
 
Burdock root is a diuretic; increases and promotes urine flow. Take 3-6 g of dried burdock root or seeds daily, in tea or capsule form, in divided doses, for many months.
- Butterbur
 
Butterbur is a diuretic; increases and promotes urine flow. Take 100-200 mg of standardized and pyrrolizidine alkaloids free butterbur extract daily, containing 15-30 mg of petasin, in divided doses, for many months.
