Peppermint is an aromatic; stimulates digestion. Take 10-20 g of dried peppermint leaves daily, in tea form or 3-6 g in capsule form, in divided doses, between meals, for many months.

Angelica root is an aromatic; stimulates digestion. Take angelica root daily, in divided doses, for many weeks, as suggested on the label.
- Anise seed
 
Anise seed is an aromatic; stimulates digestion. Take 6-10 g of anise seed daily, in tea form, in divided doses, for many weeks.
- Barberry
 
Barberry is an aromatic; stimulates digestion. Take standardized barberry root extract daily, containing 0.3-0.6 g of berberine, in divided doses, for many weeks.
- Chamomile
 
Chamomile is an aromatic; stimulates digestion. Take 6-9 teaspoon (6-9 g) of chamomile flowers daily, in tea form, in divided doses, for many weeks.
- Cinnamon
 
Cinnamon is an aromatic; stimulates digestion. Take 1-2 g of cinnamon daily, in divided doses, for many weeks.
- Cinnamon oil
 
Cinnamon oil is an aromatic; stimulates digestion. Take 2-6 drops of cinnamon oil daily, diluted in a juice, in divided doses, for many weeks.
