Supplements for Oral Use
- Lactoferrin
Lactoferrin is an antibacterial; inhibits bacteria growth. Take 0.5-1.5 g of lactoferrin daily, in divided doses, with meals, for many months.
- Oregano oil
Oregano oil is an antibacterial; inhibits bacteria growth. Take diluted oregano oil daily, containing 150-200 mg of carvacrol, in divided doses, 30 minutes before meals, for many weeks.
- Rosemary oil
Rosemary oil is an antibacterial; inhibits bacteria growth. Take diluted rosemary oil daily, in divided doses, for many weeks, as suggested on the label. Use this product under the control of an experienced practitioner.
- AHCC
AHCC is an antibacterial; inhibits bacteria growth. Take 1-3 g of AHCC daily, in divided doses, between meals, for many months.
- Barberry
Barberry is an antibacterial; inhibits bacteria growth. Take standardized barberry root extract daily, containing 0.3-0.6 g of berberine, in divided doses, for many weeks.
- Bearberry
Bearberry is an antibacterial; inhibits bacteria growth. Take dried bearberry leaves daily, containing 400-700 mg of arbutin, in divided doses with meals, for a maximum of 2 weeks. Do not use it with cranberry or vitamin C.
- Berberine
Berberine is an antibacterial; inhibits bacteria growth. Take 400-600 mg of berberine daily, in divided doses, for many weeks.
Supplements for Topical Use
- Rosemary oil
Rosemary oil is an antibacterial; inhibits bacteria growth. Apply rosemary oil containing topical preparation 2-4 times daily, for many weeks, as suggested on the label.
- Azelaic acid
Azelaic acid is an antibacterial; inhibits bacteria growth. Apply a topical preparation containing 15-20% of azelaic acid 2-3 times daily, for many months, as suggested on the label.
- Barberry
Barberry is an antibacterial; inhibits bacteria growth. Apply a topical preparation containing 10% dried barberry root extract 2-3 times daily, for many weeks, as suggested on the label.
- Berberine
Berberine is an antibacterial; inhibits bacteria growth. Use berberine containing topical preparation or eye drops daily, as suggested on the label.
- Calendula
Calendula is an antibacterial; inhibits bacteria growth. Apply a topical preparation containing calendula 2-4 times daily, for many weeks, as suggested on the label.
- Caraway oil
Caraway oil is an antibacterial; inhibits bacteria growth. Use caraway oil containing mouthwash or toothpaste many times daily, for many months, as suggested on the label.
- Chaparral
Chaparral is an antibacterial; inhibits bacteria growth. Apply chaparral containing topical preparation 2-4 times daily, for many weeks, as suggested on the label. Use this product under the control of an experienced practitioner.
