Take 300-600 mg of GLA daily, in divided doses, with meals, for many months. If you take 2-4 g of black currant seed oil, containing 15% of GLA or 1.25-2.50 g of borage oil, containing 24% of GLA or 3-6 g of evening primrose oil, containing 10% of GLA you receive 300-600 mg of GLA.

OPC's improve blood circulation; alleviate symptoms. Take 150-300 mg of OPC's daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Rutin

Rutin improves blood circulation; alleviates symptoms. Take 1-3 g of rutin daily, in divided doses, for many months.
