Supplements for Oral Use
- N-Acetylcysteine
  
N-Acetylcysteine helps to prevent and reduce liver damage from acetaminophen poisoning. Take 1.5-3.0 g of N-acetylcysteine daily, in divided doses, for many months. Injection form works better. Use intravenous injection form under the control of an experienced practitioner.
- Glutathione

Glutathione is an antioxidant and an immune enhancer; neutralizes free radicals; enhances immune system; eliminates acetaminophen from the body, reduces acetaminophen poisoning and alleviates its symptoms. Take 1.2-1.8 g of glutathione daily, in divided doses, for many months. Better to use N-acetylcysteine, glutamic acid and glycine mixture.
- Methionine

Methionine protects the liver; neutralizes acetaminophen. Take 1-3 g of methionine daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- OPC's

OPC's protect the liver from acetaminophen damage. Take 150-300 mg of OPC's daily, in divided doses, for many months.
