Supplements for Oral Use
- Blue violet leaf

Blue violet leaf is a blood cleanser; improves skin conditions; alleviates symptoms. Take blue violet leaf daily, in divided doses, for many months, as suggested on the label.
- Burdock root

Burdock root is an antibacterial, blood cleanser and detoxifier. Take 3-6 g of dried burdock root daily, in tea or capsule form, in divided doses, for many months.
- Zinc

Zinc is an anti-infectious and an immune enhancer; fights infection; enhances immune system and alleviates symptoms. Take 25-50 mg of zinc daily, in divided doses, for many months. Better if used with copper.
- Wild yam
Wild yam is an anti-inflammatory; reduces inflammation and alleviates symptoms. Take 3 g of dried wild yam root daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Yarrow
Yarrow is an anti-inflammatory, an anti-infectious and an astringent; reduces inflammation and secretions; fights infection and alleviates other symptoms. Take 2-4 g of dried yarrow daily, in divided doses, in tea or capsule form, for many weeks.
Supplements for Topical Use
- Calendula

Calendula is an anti-infectious. antiseptic and demulcent; alleviates pain; accelerates healing. Apply a topical preparation containing calendula 2-4 times daily, for many weeks, as suggested on the label.
- Yarrow

Yarrow is an anti-inflammatory, an antiseptic and an astringent; reduces inflammation and secretions; fights infection and alleviates other symptoms. Apply yarrow containing topical preparation 2-4 times daily, for many weeks, as suggested on the label.
- Black walnut hulls
Black walnut hulls are antibacterial; they inhibit bacteria growth and alleviate symptoms. Apply black walnut hulls containing topical preparation 2-5 times daily, for many weeks, as suggested on the label.
- Flax seed
Flax seed is an anti-inflammatory; reduces inflammation; alleviates symptoms. Use flax seed as a poultice ingredient.
